When Lucia asked me to come to New York with her to do her wedding hair and makeup. I couldn’t believe how lucky i was, what an absolute dream! And of course i said YES!!!
I have always dreamt of visiting New York and what an honor to go for my love and passion of wedding hair and makeup! I cant Thank Lucia enough for giving me such an opportunity, and for believing in me to do a great job 😉

Being a Bride in New York Lucia wanted to feel and look Hollywood glam. She wanted it to be all about Eyelashes and Eyeliner, red lips and curls! I started by curling and pinning her up so her curls could set. I applied holding curl spray, then curled and set in place. (I applied a full head of bonded Beautyworks Hair Extensions prior to leaving for new york for added length and volume. Colour #613/18 mix for natural blonde tones. These hair extensions will last up to 6 months at a time)
I always make sure I cleanse the skin before applying any products. I used Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference, Skin balancing Toner for Combination skin. This ensures any dirt or makeup is removed. Followed by Elizabeth Arden combination moisturizer.
I applied a Dior primer to even out any pores and skin texture so we have a nice base to start with.
Foundation we used Estee Lauder Double wear which gives a full coverage, followed by Charlotte Tilburys Highlight and Sculpt.
Before leaving for New York i applied Individual eyelash extensions to Lucia’s natural lashes. Big Russian volume lashes to give a feathered ultra glam look.
I used Maybeline long lasting Gel eyeliner n black, HD brows to give more definition and shape to her brows.
Finished with a Red lip by Two Faced.
I let out Lucia’s pin curls and brushed out to smooth all cuticles, giving a polished look, along with backcombing the front of her hair to give a Hollywood glamorous quiff. I applied shine spray from Bed Head to give a glossy finish. What a gorgeous Bride she made.
Cant wait to see more pictures from Lucias wedding on top of the Rockefeller Centre. The view looks exquisite!
